Our specialty is creating unique and exclusive events, like the one held last Saturday, August 3rd. The Boutique Hotel Villa del Marqués lived a magical night with the celebration of a Japanese gastrocultural event that attracted numerous enthusiasts of Japanese culture and gastronomy. The event featured...

• Bonsai Exhibition on the Terrace
• Chinese Ink in the Art of Sumi-e Live art
• Cultural Exhibition: Ukiyo-e, Kabuki, and Haikus
• Gastronomic Experience with UMAMI: One of the highlights of the evening was the interactive showcooking led by Chef Fran Matoso from the UMAMI gastronomic space. Participants had the opportunity to learn traditional techniques and the secrets of sushi, with a detailed explanation of its preparation.
• Atmosphere and Raffles: The evening was set to the sound of koto music and themed decorations. Some volunteers dressed for the occasion in traditional outfits brought directly from Japan. Additionally, a drawing of a geisha by Julio Carretero was raffled off.
